- The Blue King of Sayerthenn (Sayerthenner: Al Asai, "the Kingblue") is the Sovereign King of Sayerthenn, Sukaar, Yentenne, and Ane Polki. He is a supposedly immortal God of this Earth, born of a virgin tens of thousands of years ago (in reality, there have been more than fifty Blue Kings), and has a self-given divine right to rule all of humankind. The very first Blue Kings were Kaathis inspired by the Red City, and so they named their first city in Parthalenn the Blue City. Coincidentally, Sayerthenn is home to bluewood trees, and the largest reserves of lapis lazuli.

The Blue King of Sayerthenn wears the Blue Crown, which had previously been sold to the Sefenlands, but had been returned to the Blue Empire by Groll Halfsmith. He wields the Orange Dayanar that Princess Majura Oporos used to de-body Emperor Oyaume of the Rainish Magickal Glory, cleaving his head clean off. Father on Earth Ik Ik Ulha Nuka gave the dayanar to Jeg Hohn, who used it to de-body King Sous of Murusai's Bay, the grandson of Landeles.
