Charles Jeremiah Jerome (born 1850) was a solicitor and local politician. Born in Marylebone, he was the son of Jeremiah Jerome, a tailor, and his wife, Jane née Cockram. He entered work as a solicitor's clerk before passing his Law Society examinations to be admitted as a solicitor in 1883. He was resident in Brixton and later in Balham. Moderate Party member of the London County Council representing Lambeth, Brixton 1895-1901. Solicitor of the City firm of Jerome, Trevor and Co. Member of the New Malden Local Board 1884-90.
