The Ailon Nova Guard is a mercenary group based on the planet of Ailon. It’s a mercenary group which has a rich history dating as far back as 13,000 BBY, with many successes and battle honors. Nearly exclusively non-humans of the Ailon species, they were long allied with what’s called the Galactic Republic. They believed in the concept of survival of the fittest and as such they often trained in a religious way to the highest possible standard. During the time of the Galactic Empire they believed that Emperor Palpatine embodied their belief, and thus supported him however they could. The Human centric Empire took often advantage of this, and hired them for glorious battles which were often described as suicide missions. - Ailon Nova Guard was formed a millennia before the rise of the Old Republic and fought many battles alongside the Republic forces with great pride and honor. After the fall of the Republic and the rise of the Galactic Empire, Ailon Nova Guard was slowly disbanded due to new galactic regulations. With the decay and injustice spreading across the galaxy, old members of the Ailon Nova Guard met with each other and each agreed the time to awaken the once dormant force was now, in a time when they are most needed.

Nearly exclusively non-humans of the Ailon species, they were long allied with what’s called the Galactic Republic. They believed in the concept of survival of the fittest and as such they often trained in a religious way to the highest possible standard. During the time of the Galactic Empire they believed that Emperor Palpatine embodied their belief, and thus supported him however they could. The Human centric Empire took often advantage of this, and hired them for glorious battles which were often described as suicide missions. After the battle of Endor they changed sides and assisted the Rebel Alliance in the further destruction of the Galactic Empire. After a while they realized that the challenge of the Empire was long gone and stopped fighting. Due to the long and protracted battles they were involved with, the Ailon Nova Guard suffered a incredibly large casualty rate. This made them retreat to their planet of Ailon. After several years of hard training, their military strength and their will for battle was growing once again. The Ailon Nova Guard was back, hire able once again.

With the resurgence of this military and economic power, a call has been made out to the galaxy for the highest skilled warriors, tacticians, economists, laborers, and scientists to join Ailon Nova Guard and to help restore order where it is needed. Ailon Nova Guard is a neutral government dedicated to maintaining order and security in its territory, and to spreading goodwill to all corners of the galaxy.
