| - The surgical strike is a precision air-strike featured in Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction and Mercenaries 2: World in Flames.
- A surgical strike was a military attack aimed at destroying only key military objectives. In 2154, Minister Kuvak suggested using a surgical strike against the Syrrannites in Vulcan's Forge, in order to apprehend them and minimize casualties. However, Administrator V'Las replied that the geomagnetic anomalies made a precision attack impossible and that blanketing the area with photonic weapons was the only way. (ENT: "Awakening")
- Surgical Strike is Allied Line 1 Top Secret Protocol in Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3. This protocol summons an Artemis precision bomber, which drops a bomb at the selected location. The signal flare marker is visible to all players and gives time for enemy units to move away. The Artemis appears briefly over the flare and drops its bomb. The Artemis can be destroyed by some bunch of Anti- Air units and can be caught and destroyed in a singularity caused by a Vacuum Imploder. It can also be destroyed by Yuriko and frozen down by a couple of Hydrofoils and Cryo IFVs.
- Engage and slay the listed enemies in the Ancient Port Warehouse Library and Zeppelin Hangar. Report your success back to Professor Telpon in Sanctuary when the mission is complete.
- Surgical Strike is a trophy featured in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell HD. It is unlocked by taking out 13 enemies by jumping from above them. To do this, find higher elevated areas and simply jump on a guard to knock them out. This is spread through the game, so it's not required to do in a single level.
