After Megatron was killed by the Allspark, Starscream went back to Cybertron, where he took control of the Decepticons. When one Decepticon asked if they should try and revive Megatron, Starscream threatened him with the thought of being shot. Soundwave, however, went to Earth with Tidal Wave to collect and revive all of the dead Decepticons. When he succeeded, Starscream was shocked, but bowed to hide his treachery. Starscream later took part in the capture of The Earth's Moon. Starscream finaly succeeded in destroying Megatron, with help from the newly created Predacons. Starscream and the Predacons launched many more attacks on the Autobots, until the Predacons and Cybertron were both destroyed by Unicron, leaving Starscream to battle Rodimus Prime and Optimus Prime inside Unicron. He battled long and hard against them, but was finaly thrown into Unicron's Spark by Rodimus, killing him and Unicron.
