The apprentice and successor of the great Evxa-Uun, Drakenaereus ascended as Uun's successor following his death in 78,145 ABY, and became incredibly powerful. He led the Sith against the New Republic and Jedi Order, provoking the Jedi Wars. Born in 78,104 ABY, Katlark was the son of renowned Alaziran general and warlord Rish'kah Danada, and an unnamed female woman. Trained by Evxa-Uun from a young age, Katlark displayed power in the Dark Side; which led Uun to consider him a successor to his empire. As his Sith Apprentice, Drakenaereus served alongside Uun from a young age, suceeding him as the Dark Lord of the Sith following Uun's death in 78,145 ABY. It was during this time that Drakenaereus took an apprentice of his own, the volatile Chi'tean Darth Salidius.
