  • Meadowlark Memorial Park was a community park, located in central Woodcrest. It was named after Meadowlark Lemon in the 19th century. According to Ed Wuncler I, he was trying to buy the park for years, but the price was set too high for him. However after Ed Wuncler and Robert Freeman start a new restaurant called The Itis right across the street from the park, the surrounding neighborhood turns into a crime-infested slum full of obese and homeless people. Wuncler gets the results he wanted: the park's price became cheap enough for him to buy it, allowing him to have buildings developed over the former park.
