In the early game, claw bugs can range from being pests at low levels to being severe threats to the lives of frail PCs at high levels . PCs are advised to exterminate these as quickly as possible — either using ranged attacks or, if the PC is particularly powerful, attacking with berserk tactics to maximize their chances of killing the bugs in as little turns as possible.
