The Warm-Up Exercises with Arm Swings (routine) evolved from Mark Rauterkus while at Swim & Water Polo Camp of Summer Dreamers and in 2016 with The Pittsburgh Project. To perform the exercise routine, learn each move and its name. Plus, learn its order. The routine, as in a ‘dance routine,’ means that sometimes you lead, and other times you follow. Leaders set the tempo and number of repetitions. Most of the time, you’ll be on your own. All body parts get attention with plenty of dynamic stretching to improve range-of-motion and get the blood flowing for a dry-land warm up.
