  • Captain Janet Draper was a United States Army officer who served as the Adjutant to Major General Thomas Callahan, Commanding General, Fort Evanston Army Hospital in Maryland. Captain Draper had previously served in the first Gulf War. Her service medals included the Southwest Asia Service Medal and the Army Achievement Medal. While stationed at Fort Evanston in 1995, she was killed while swimming in the hospital pool. It was later determined, during an investigation by FBI Agents Mulder and Scully, that the manifestation of the patient and quadruple amputee Sergeant Leonard Trimble had caused her death.
