Heinrich Shoigu (December 8, 3074 - August 11th, 3150) was a prominent Dorvan-Dorvish military officer and former party member of the Communist Party of Dorvik. Shoigu was responsible for the creation of the Dorvish Border Guard Troops which would go on to become the Federal Border Guard Service (Dorvik).

Shoigu was responsible for the creation of the Dorvish Border Guard Troops which would go on to become the Federal Border Guard Service (Dorvik). Shoigu served as a member and officer of the Communist party's paramilitary organization for a short while before it was disbanded. Shoigu served as a Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs before his death and the Shoigu Award for Border Protection is awarded to members of the Federal Border Guard Service who display unwavering loyalty to the protection of the Dorvish Borders.
