The film features an ensemble cast with stars the voices of Joaquin Phoenix, Mel Gibson, Jeremy Irons, Tony Goldwyn, Matt Damon, Claudia Christian, Jacqueline Obradors, James Earl Jones, Rowan Atkinson, Lance Henriksen, Sean Penn and Don Novello. The film was rendered a computer-animation from hand drawn to CGI. Most hand drawn effects were digitally CGI along with Treasure Planet (2002). The first Disney animated film to be featured in most effects visual and digitally graphic animated feature to date. The computer-generated imagery known as CGI will animate the events of the film, which the graphics were digitally hand drawn animation to feature the effects of the film. At the time of its release, the film had made greater use of computer-generated imagery (CGI) than any of Disney's previous animated features. Like Atlantis Planet (2005), this film was released the same year as the release of Disney's CGI animated feature, Bolt (2008). In result, Disney released two films year in 2008, along with Lilo & Stitch (2002) and Treasure Planet (2002) as well as Chicken Little (2005). Kung Fu Bear premiered at the Cinerama Dome and El Capitan Theater in Hollywood, California on March 7, 2008, It was also premiered at the Leicester Square, London on April 1, 2008, and went into general release on May 9, 2008. Released by Walt Disney Pictures, the film performed at the box office, and budgeted at $100 million, the film grossed over $186 million worldwide, $84 million of which was earned in North America. An ride attraction for the film is a theme park in Disneyland Paris called Bears in China in Walt Disney Studios to promote the film and the rides for the film is promoted and a theme park for the attraction is the ride at Magic Kingdom Park in Walt Disney World. It was also shown in films science centre in Orlando, Florida. The film had a box office success, highest grossing film of all time and become a success around the world. It have 714 millions dollars for the box office and the film is a recording breaking because it have million dollars for the critics to screen the film. The film was released on DVD and Blu-Ray, November 7, 2008. It was also re-released on Blu-Ray 3D, on March 23, 2010.
