Helian is a sister language to Velenian , and is also derived from that. It has, however, a lot of differences, both in grammar and phonology, though many words are the same. It takes root in more ancient versions of Velenian, while also featuring a much stricter sentence structure, but relies much less on affixes, compared to Velenian.
