He created sounds for the majority of the internal and external ambient sound effects, most mini-games, many physics sounds, some special stingers and some scripted events for it. In addition to sound design, he composed all the intro and outro musical transitions that lead into and out of battle music. He also composed the Pimp-Boy theme song, Ede's theme, the Wild Wasteland stinger, the 'Gassed' stinger at the beginning of Fallout: New Vegas - Dead Money, and wrote the music and set the text for the song Begin Again, also in Dead Money. Bell graduated with a BA in Music Composition from the School of Arts in Architecture at UCLA. Before that, he received his AA degree in Music from Los Angeles Valley Community College.
