It is a large spaceship the size of a city, with which the Shadow Boss and the Dark Queen intend to take over the world. In order to fight their combined forces, the toads team up with the Double Dragons and make a preemptive strike, infiltrating the Colossus and fighting the forces inside. After the Ultimate Team defeat Abobo, Big Blag and Machine Gun Willy/Roper, they escape on pods and take on the Colossus head-on, destroying all of it's weapons before finishing it. Before it explodes, the Colossus launches a missile towards Earth controlled by Robo-Manus, which the heroes proceed to give chase.
