| - The Chevrolet Trax is the new mini SUV/subcompact crossover sold under the General Motors-owned Chevrolet brand and will be launched in the 2013 model year in most markets. It is based on the GM Gamma II platform, which is shared with the Opel Mokka. In Oceania, it will be sold under the Holden marque. It will slot below the mid-size Chevrolet Equinox and will be unveiled at the 2012 Paris Auto Show. GM will not put this vehicle on sale in the United States market, making it one of the only global markets not having it up for sale, as GM instead markets both the Buick version of the Opel Mokka and the Theta-based Chevrolet Captiva Sport crossover SUV for the fleet market only, while in Canada, it will be the first compact Chevrolet crossover SUV offering there. In Russia and Brazil it will be named Chevrolet Tracker, the name used in North America from 1989-1991 & 1999-2008.
