Anatol Gogol, also known as The Monocle, is a supervillain and player of Shiboomi. He apparently received his nickname from the monocle he wears. He attends a game hosted by Lord Jeremiah Purcell at his nefarious mansion in the company of two lovely blondes. During the course of the game, Gogol cheats by using a glue stick on a house of cards and is sentenced to decapitation by Govinda, but Wendy Watson intervenes and saves him. Gogol and the remaining villains are then stunned by the Middleman, who comes to Wendy's rescue.
