- De Eye of Agamotto is een krachtige versie van het Amulet of Agamotto. Het was overgedragen aan de zorg van Eternity totdat iemand het waard was om het dragen. Doctor Strange was dat en kreeg het in een gevecht met Dormammu.
- The Eye of Agamotto is a powerful relic created by Agamotto, the first Sorcerer Supreme, to contain the power of the Time Stone inside it. It has been passed down the long line of Sorcerers Supreme that followed him. The Eye has the ability to manipulate the flow of time and was used by Doctor Strange to fight Kaecilius and Dormammu and restore the Hong Kong Sanctum. It was placed back in Kamar-Taj until Strange could learn how to control it.
- The Eye of Agamotto is a key tool in Doctor Strange's] bag of tricks since it has so many uses. Performing this move creates a large stationary sphere of light magic in front of Strange. This sphere delivers ten hits to the opponent if they are caught in it and if they block, it keeps them locked down for a good amount of time, while dealing chip damage. Besides these two properties, the sphere will absorb incoming projectiles similar to the beginning animation of Doctor Doom's Molecular Shield. It can also be performed in the air to stop your opponent from jumping. However, once the animations of the move are complete, Strange will fall straight to the ground, unable to perform any actions afterward, even blocking. This cannot remedied by activating flight before executing the move.

However, once the animations of the move are complete, Strange will fall straight to the ground, unable to perform any actions afterward, even blocking. This cannot remedied by activating flight before executing the move. Striking the Eye of Agamotto with the Impact Palm will allow it movement and it will home in on your opponent with impressive tracking ability. The orb is able to go fullscreen as it slowly follows your opponent, but the further it has to travel the less hits, damage, and hitstun it will cause. While this may sound like a downside, it really is not since Doctor Strange uses a keepaway strategy. Expierienced opponents will know to run away from the Eye of Agamotto in order to receive less damage, allowing Strange to set up a Grace of Hoggoth or continue zoning with his many projectiles. Strange can also perform a teleport mix-up after sending off an Eye of Agamotto. The attack itself has a pretty slow start up animation and disappears if Strange is hit or after about two seconds of elapsed time. The opponent can also strike the Eye of Agamotto, and depending on how many hits are left, it will vanish. There can only be one Eye of Agamotto on screen at a time.
