Her husband is Geoffrey, who took her last name when they married, and they have one child, Malcolm Landgraab. She's possibly the cousin of Malcolm Landgraab II and second cousin of Malcolm Landgraab III. So, in that case, the original Malcolm Landgraab from The Sims (console) would be her uncle. Her parents are Chester and Queenie Landgraab. Chester has recently died of old age as an elder, however her mother Queenie died of a fire as a young adult when Nancy was young. When the family is first played, Nancy is 16 days from being an elder. Queenie shares many similarities with her daughter including, being rich, their up-do hairstyle, their blonde hair, two traits (Ambitious and Snob), they both wear make-up, have the same beauty mark, strap dress, and both wear earrings. Because of these similarities, Queenie may be an altered version of Nancy or Nancy dresses like her mother to honor her. She also has paternal grandparents, Kitty and Kermit who died of old age a long time ago. She has an obsession over her job, social status, and her looks, which sadly gives her little time for her family, but she wants to prepare her son to inherit their money when he grows up. She's enemies with most of the Altos, except Holly. Both Nick Alto and Nancy are vice-presidents in the Business career, and they start off as two ambitious workaholics in a tough competition to become the next CEO (in the beginning of the game, Gunther Goth is the CEO). However, their rivalry hurts both their careers, as it lowers one of the metrics for promotion, "relationship with coworkers." In some games, Nick is Nancy's boss, and/or vice versa, though they always have the same job position. And Nancy would imminently fire Nick, and vice versa. When you start the game, you will see that Nancy and Nick are romantically attracted to each other, even though they are enemies. On the other hand, Nancy and Geoffrey aren't romantically attracted, suggesting that it may have been an arranged marriage (since Geoffrey is a doctor, he may have been somewhat wealthy, and the fact that Geoffrey was the one to change his name and that the family tree has no records of Geoffrey's side of the family suggests that it was arranged by Nancy's parents). She will often become a CEO in the Business career, fulfilling her lifetime wish, if story progression is turned on. If she is left alone by the player, Nancy is often seen having more children, due to her husband's Family-Oriented trait, which can disrupt her career progression and conflict with her Ambitious trait.
