The program was reintroduced, and legalized after realisng they going to use the Amicus' specialized cloning device to make copies of previous soldiers. The Amicus have time machine that enables them to go into the past and collect DNA of past people. They manage to secure the DNA of an Australian Civilian from the 21st century, and cloned him; along with 6 others. Just as his augmentations began, the planet was attacked by Coniecto Sempra, and manage to destroy their plan by destroying their cloning device, and time machine. As well as purifying all except 1 Spartan candidates. In the offensive both Quietus Amor, and John Marshal fall to the Coniecto Sempra.
