Seems to me that using the actual poll coding may ruin the fun of seeing the poll results. Since people vote here too, it may or may not be a preview of what the real poll results may look like. Why not just add it in list form? --AuronKaizer! 16:53, November 4, 2010 (UTC)

| - Yeah, I'm for this. FD does bring up a decent point that some of these non-mainspace editors have done decent polls, but we're lacking in active mainspace editors right now anyway and it'd give these guys some incentive. I don't want them just pouring in here to suggest a bunch of polls no one wants. We have far too many suggestions as of now anyway.
- A greed, TM. Very much a greed.
- Okay, this is starting to feel like Temple of Courage Suggestions all over again. Users who rarely edit mainspace are suggesting a lot of polls, usually ones that receive a lot of opposes. It's like this is their backup to Temple of Courage Suggestions or something. I think that we should put a mainspace requirement here, just like the Temple of Courage Suggestions. Maybe 50, like the Temple of Courage Suggestions.
- Sounds like a good idea. It would cut down on the number of users who only add suggestions to polls and make no constructive edits.
- I have no idea. I suppose we just add more and see if they are good.
- Okay, I waited a few days and we have only one oppose . I think that it's fair to say that we can implement it now. If anyone has any lingering comments about it, bring them here and we can still change it back if necessary.

Since if people add or remove stuff, the counter goes back to zero. --BassJapas 14:06, March 29, 2011 (UTC) I think that we should keep it in poll format, but it doesn't matter too much. Since this is sampling only users of Zeldapedia (and maybe a few wandering IPs) and the other one is sampling anyone who stumbles across our site, we might get differences. Also, if we keep the poll previews, then we get to see "mini-results" of polls that don't make it. TheFile:Mask-Mimic.gif™ 04:51, July 27, 2011 (UTC)
