The United States presidential election of 2012 was the 58th quadrennial United States presidential election, held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012. Incumbent President Malcolm Darnell ran for a second and final term during this election. His presumptive Progressive and major party challenger was Erie Governor Ronald Price. A few other candidates had attained ballot access sufficient enough to mathematically win the election by a majority of the electoral college: Nationalist Michael King, Republican Harvey Furney, Whig Connor Bentley, and Independent Fidel Castro. Darnell was reelected following his victory in Florida, giving him the election.

| - The United States presidential election of 2012 was the 58th quadrennial United States presidential election, held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012. Incumbent President Malcolm Darnell ran for a second and final term during this election. His presumptive Progressive and major party challenger was Erie Governor Ronald Price. A few other candidates had attained ballot access sufficient enough to mathematically win the election by a majority of the electoral college: Nationalist Michael King, Republican Harvey Furney, Whig Connor Bentley, and Independent Fidel Castro. Darnell was reelected following his victory in Florida, giving him the election. The 2012 presidential election coincided with the United States Senate elections where 33 races will be occurring as well as the United States House of Representatives elections to elect the members for the 121st Congress. The election also encompassed twenty-one gubernatorial races as well as many state legislature races.
