Phanes, the First-Born, was a primordial Perennial spirit and the embodiment of creation, procreation, and union. He was the first-born of Aion, originating from a silver egg as an hermaphrodite. According to both Al-Antidian and Aenean mythology, it would be from him that the other Perennial spirits would come. During the late Bronzean period, Phanes would temporarily assume a female form and entered a relationship with Oiraps VIII, the Divine Sovereign of Al-Antidia. This led to the birth of a child, who would become the future Divine Sovereign Anipheon IX.
