Peter Hammarström (born March 23, 1969, in Stockholm, Sweden) is a former professional Swedish ice hockey player. He played during is career for four teams in the Swedish Elite League, AIK (1987–1993 and 1996–1999), HV71 (1993–1996 and 2005–2006), Färjestads BK (2001–2004) and Malmö Redhawks (2004–2005). He also played to seasons (1999–2001) with DEL team Eisbären Berlin. He won two Swedish Championships during his career, in 1995 with HV71 and 2002 with Färjestads BK. After his retirement in 2006 did he start to work as a color commentator for Canal+.
