Throw Down was a small yo-yo manufacturer run by Nate Weddle, which was responsible for the Freehand Zero Weight Rings. These removable aluminum rings add about 7g to the rims of the plastic Duncan Freehand Zero, one of the industry's most popular and consistent performers. Throw Down has sold out the first and second release of their metal yo-yo, the Luchador as of August 2007. The yo-yos were sold exclusively at Yoyonation, Euro-Yo and Dave's Skill Toys. After the massive failure of their delrin Lucha Libre yo-yo, the company folded.
