Edi Mue Gathegi (born in Nairobi, Kenya on March 10, 1979) is the actor who portrayed Dr. Jeffrey Cole, one of the applicants, in Season 4. Primarily a stage actor, Gathegi grew up in California. His television and movie credits were limited, starting with a bit part as a cab driver in the movie Crank in 2006, but since his turn on House, M.D., his movie career has blossomed. He is best known for his role as the Nomadic vampire Laurent in the 2008 film adaptation of Stephenie Meyer's novel Twilight. Look for Gathegi as Darwin in X-Men: First Class.
