Once humans tamed fire to keep them warm and to drive off the wild beasts, they were humanity’s ancient pact with the spirits of fire. The spirits of flame agree to hold back their hunger when the werewolf touches them. System: This Gift allows a werewolf to heal fire damage as if it were bashing. This requires the expenditure of a Gnosis point; the effects last for a scene.

- Master of Fire (Level 1): In ancient times, mankind tamed fire, and promised it sustenance in exchange for service. The garou invokes the ancient pact between fire and mankind, and the fire spirits withhold the worst of their damage. Naturally occurring fire damage is converted to non-aggravated with use of the Gift, and there is some chance, at GM discretion, of supernatural damage (such as from a Charm or Gift) being reduced, for up to half the aggravated damage. It is not negated or changed to non-aggravated, however. It uses a Gnosis either way.
