The Aesti were a small people who performed mostly as the merchant class in Königsberg. The King of Aestia before the Roman invasion, who named the city prior to its domination by the Romans which is why its name literally means 'mountain of the King'. The last traditional king of what the Aesti called the Old Kingdom was named Albrecht and was remembered in the cultural consciousness of the Aestians. It was in his name that the Cimbri motivated the Aesti to fight against the Roman aristocracy which lived in Königsberg.
