| - Invisibility : Ghost may render himself and others effectively invisible and completely undetectable to others' minds. This ability is so powerful that Ghost was able to hide the entire Earth itself from the immensely powerful cosmic entity Galactus.
Phasing/Intangibility: Ghost possessed the ability to pass through solid matter and objects by passing he's atoms through the spaces between the atoms of the object through which he was moving. In this way he and the object through which he was passing could temporarily merge without interacting, and each was unharmed when Ghost had finished passing through the object. This process was called "phasing." When Ghost was phasing, he was, for all intents ad purposes, intangible. Hence, when attacked, he could shift into a "phasing" state so as to allow oncoming projectiles or energy blasts to pass through him harmlessly. Ghost passed through objects at the same rate of speed at which he was moving before he "entered" it.
*Selective Intangibility: Allows others to become intangible and make other objects intangible by making them pass through other massive solid objects easily such as buildings, planes, and trains.
*Elemental Intangibility: Allow elemental attacks to pass harmlessly through him such as water, fire, earth, air, energy, electricity, and even lightning.
*Physical Disruption: Ghost can easily damage tangible matter by passing right through it.
*Non-Corporeal Physiology: Ghost's intangibility/phasing abilities make he's practically untouchable.
*Air & Water Walking: Using he's phasing/intangibility ability, Ghost can freely walk on both air and water. In fact, he could use he's ability to walk on water and the air from the ground to the upper stories of a building as if he were climbing a staircase.
*Phasing/Intangibility Extension: From the first use of he's phasing power, Ghost was able to phase his clothing along with himself. Through practice he learned to phase other objects along with himself without harm to them. He could also enable someone as big as the Juggernaut to "walk on air" along with him. However, he had to maintain physical contact with the people or objects he phased along with himself for the effect to work with this other person or object.
*Electronic Disruption: He could phase through any material object, even living people. When he phased through an object with an electrical system, the process disrupted the system's workings.
*Telepathic Resistance: He's thoughts were highly erratic when phased as if there was no mind to telepathically affect.
*Cloaking: Ghost can hide himself and others from any type of optical eyesight.
