In 2377, following a series of mysterious malfunctions around the station, Fesoan launched an investigation into the possibility of sabotage. He was unable to identify any outside saboteurs amongst known visitors to the station; however, being an extremely disciplined and "by the book" officer, he failed to take into consideration the possibility that the sabotage was being committed by a fellow Starfleet officer.
