During the skrull invasion in manhatten, Much of the Oscorp Tower was destroyed.
The Tower was quickly rebuild a year later after the attacks.
Curt Connors/The Lizard
When a OsCorp geneticist Dr. Connors uses Genetically altered lizard DNA to regrow his missing arm, the serum took over, turning him into a giant lizard whenever he injects himself with it. He then attacked the tower as the lizard but was later stopped by Spider-Man.
Otto Octavius
While Upgrading the generator that is powering the OsCorp tower, he placed some of nuclear isotopes in the wrong place, causing a nuclear overload. Otto realized this and tried to escape, but was bombarded by nuclear energy and extreme heat, fussing harness's neural sensors into his nervous system before knocking him unconscious. He was then saved by costumed hero Spider-Man who also managed to shut the generator down.

OsCorp Tower is a colossal skyscraper that stands as a headquarters for the industry.
