They released the same number of volumes as Viz, finishing this release in early 2008 . Later that year, Madman released an uncut bilingual DVD of the movie Episode Of Alabasta, this time containing the same content as the FUNimation release. From 2010 Madman began re-releasing the series using FUNimation's uncut version on releases matching the content of FUNimation's 10-14 episode Voyage sets. Additional Uncut movies followed, also matching FUNimation's releases. Madman releases one collection approximately every mouth.
- Madman has secured the local release rights to popular titles including One Piece, Dragon Ball, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Akira, and almost all of Studio Ghibli's catalogue.
