George Poulos (May 21, 1932-June 21, 2006 ) is a former NASCAR driver from Charlotte, NC. He competed in twenty-three Nextel Cup Series events in his career, earning one top-ten. All of his starts came in the 1967 season, debuting with a 17th place effort at Greenville. That effort would be reminiscent of most of his races, finishing 21st or better in all but two of his starts. That was bested by a 9th place finish late in the year at Savannah before retiring a few races later. He finished 46th in the 1967 points.
