Prior to joining the crew of TNG, Gausche was a key grip on the television series Eerie, Indiana (1991-1992) and on the television drama The Whereabouts of Jenny (1991, with R.D. Knox, Kris Krosskove, and William Jay Gahret). Three years after DS9 ended in 1999 , Gausche became the First Company Grip on Charmed, where he remained until 2006. More recently he worked as Key Grip on the comedy series The Loop (2007).
