Mikoto Mura was a small Dragon village named for Togashi Mikoto, a minor hero of the Clan War. The village had a small temple to Jurojin within it. The people of the village were severely afflicted during the Dragon-Phoenix War by a plague in 1158. The contagion was thought to have been caused by the many uncremated corpses left on nearby battlefields. Many perished despite the efforts of both Togashi Satsu and Tamori Chieko. Satsu would later send Togashi Mitsu and Togashi Matsuo to aid in whatever way they could.
