The Luna Bar was a nightclub owned by Bruno Tattaglia. It was here that feared Corleone enforcer Luca Brasi was murdered by Sollozzo and an unknown assasin. To prevent the police raids, the Tattaglia family did not have official ownership of the Bar, it was managed by associate Roberto Pitzini. However, in 1950, shortly following Bruno's death, Pitzini was visited by Aldo Trapani, and he complained to the soldato about several Tattaglia goons who were setting off fireworks behind the club. Trapani got rid of the men, and Pitzini changed allegiances.
