It is the succesor of Quirk of Fate (AC-019) and its primary function is to trash cards from the player's hand. Like its predecessor it not only allows the player to play an additional Action but also let's the player gain a card, this time from the Resource Area. The card's text effect stipulates that the card gained can only cost up to 20 Gold more than the card trashed through its main effect.
