Trevor Fahey (born January 4, 1944) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey left winger who played in one National Hockey League game for the New York Rangers during the 1964–65 NHL season. He played junior hockey for the Guelph Royals and the Kitchener Rangers from 1960 to 1964. He turned pro in 1964-65 with the New York Rovers and played one game for the New York Rangers that season. In 1967 he was traded to the Los Angeles Kings but never played for them. Much of his minor pro career was spent with the Des Moines Oak Leafs.

In 1967 he was traded to the Los Angeles Kings but never played for them. Much of his minor pro career was spent with the Des Moines Oak Leafs. In 1970 Fahey entered St. Francis Xavier University and played there for four years. After graduating in 1974 he became the coach of the Brandon University Bobcats.
