He was taught by Tonbo Euiko herself, one of the greatest heroes of the Dragonfly, who through her divination skills saved her Clan from utter destruction. Ketto's family survived the Death of Kyuden Tonbo, who had fled to Shiro Mirumoto with their young son, who was barely two. He pursued the skill of divination with complete abandon despite he had no natural ability at it.
