After his first loss to Rocky Balboa, Billy had a short retirement from boxing where he lost weight so he could fight in the Cruiserweight division. Eventually, he won the cruiserweight title and held it from 1986 to 1991, when he finally decided to quit boxing for good (similar to Union Cane).
