(The Black Gryphon, Chapter 16) Due to her overall competence as well as her understanding of the races, Skandranon chose her to command the gryphons. Urtho then transferred the gryphon wings from the Sixth to the Fifth, which Judeth commanded. When Urtho ordered the evacuation of the area around his Tower, an Adept-class mage was dispatched to each evacuation site at Judeth's suggestion. At the end, she managed to bring the Fifth in from the general route and get them evacuated. They joined Clan k'Leshya. When the refugees reached the shore at the edge of the Western Sea, it was Judeth, the daughter of a stonemason, who first saw the potential in the limestone sea cliffs. She insisted that they carve terraces into the cliffs for their new settlement. Eventually, she persuaded the others, and White Gryphon was built.
