- She could grant budding young Time Lords their TARDIS. She had no interest in morality and did not stop the Time Lord Tannis from killing as he did not use the power. After the Seventh Doctor appeared to kill both Tannis and himself, Ace returned to the Kingmaker who told her that there were no more Time Lords, but also pointed out that the Doctor's body was not found. - The first Kingmaker's name, history, and origin is unknown, all is known about him is that he's Bullseye's father.
- Kingmaker are able to make any other player a King. When the Kingmaker dies, a random Townie will take their place.
- He was a political expert who manipulated political careers. He acted as a mercenary who drove politicians to the apex of power or destroyed their careers. His tactics ranged from staging media events to assassinating the competition. He was said to groom his clients for years, deciding their education, careers, and even their family.
- Kingmaker is a Path of War option that allows players to fight others (if online) or AI-controlled Lords from the Campaign. Each AI opponent has their own difficulty and specialties which make them unique AIs.

- After her identity is revealed in a newspaper article by a political figure, an undercover police officer is suddenly murdered and the detectives will have to go through extreme measures to locate the person responsible for the crime. Eventually the detectives track down the killer and he shoots a SWAT officer (his armor catches it and saves him) before being shot by Fontana who doesn't kill him. Green and Fontana question the killer and while he admits to the crime, he reveals he found out what she was in the newspaper. Eventually its revealed that Eric Lund revealed this fact to the press as a political tactic. Originally McCoy is reluctant to have him arrested, but after Lund basically threatens him, he has him charged with manslaughter. Evidence is found that apparently clears Lund's n
