Act 2714 Suggested to the lower house by the member for Southbank, Mr Walder Driver of the Labor Party suggested the bill to the floor on the 10th of October 2017. That day several members of the Liberal Party had left on a diplomatic mission to Bali among whom was the opposition whip who failed to produce any pairs before the vote.
