These Stunticons are not your normal Stunticons, they are Decepticons, but they were created to rival the Speedbots/Indybots (TNB). They do not combine, they're just Decepticons with fancy (Fancy as in souped-up, cool-looking) and/or Antique altmodes (In Splurge's case), though this is not the case with all Stunticons (Skidmarks), as he was a rogue Chevy Autobot, and therefore doesn't have an interesting/Cool/"Fancy" altmode) Roadking is an example, as he joined out of sheer hatred for the other Decepticons, and the Autobot Commander, Jazzimus Prime. There is no real leader, although Splurge presents himself as such.
