Planet Granite is a planet a million light-years from Mobius and was the first destination on Amy Rose and Tekno the Canary's journeys through the Ring of Eternity. When the heroes visited Granite, the planet was in its early stages with the natives in the initial stages of civilisation. Two rival tribes were the Meek Tribe and the Thickskull Tribe. The latter were warlike and frequently enjoyed attacking their cowardly neighbours. Instead of providing them with a crossbow to defend themselves, Amy convinced the Meek to mock the Thickskulls and encouraged both sides to talk things out.

  • When Amy and Tekno arrived on Planet Granite, it was the dawn of a prehistoric civilisation. Two rival tribes were the weak, cowardly Meek Tribe and the strong, warlike Thickskull Tribe. The Thickskull Tribe frequently enjoyed attacking their Meek neighbours. Amy and Tekno helped fight off the Thickskulls once, but rather than give the Meeks weapons to defend themselves, instead they taught the Meeks to mock the Thickskulls so that they could convince the Thickskulls to discuss their problems around a table instead of fighting. This worked, leading the two tribes to sit down to discuss the cause of the Thickskulls' anger, and Tekno hoped that they might develop into a non-violent culture. Amy was glad that they had prevented war, but disheartened that they had invented cucumber sandwiches
