Mr. Anon 01:37, January 27, 2012 (UTC) Do we really need an RfC for this? --royboyX (Complaints Board • Resume) 20:09, January 27, 2012 (UTC) A certain bureaucrat did shut down one RfA citing SNOW, didn't I mention that in the unRfA? --royboyX (Complaints Board • Resume) 20:20, January 27, 2012 (UTC) Indeed you did. The outcome of the RfA seemed pretty clear. You closed your own RfA, so you don't need SNOW or anything. The MarioGalaxy2433g5 {talk/contribs} 20:25, January 27, 2012 (UTC)

I'll let it run a week. Unless we can get a replacement for wikipedia's SNOW policy. The MarioGalaxy2433g5 {talk/contribs} 20:11, January 27, 2012 (UTC) Who says we even need one? I didn't cite SNOW when I withdrew my fourth RfA. --royboyX (Complaints Board • Resume) 20:12, January 27, 2012 (UTC) There is a difference. You can withdraw your own proposals/requests whenever. I mean, obviously, if you wish for your own request to end, there is no need to force it to stay open. A request cannot be done against the wishes of the candidate. SNOW means you close something early because the outcome is very clear. Your 4th RfA was actually not that clear.
