Betnikh, also known as Betony, is an island that lies off the south coast of Glenumbra. Wrested from the Bretons by Orcs centuries ago, it is an easily-defended island with high cliffs and rich farmland. Although Betnikh is a land of lush forest and cool breezes, there is talk of trouble with menacing, flying insects, as well as necromancy being practiced on the island.

Es ist der zweite Ort, den man in der Hauptgeschichte bereist, wenn man dem Dolchsturz-Bündnis angehört. Betnikh besteht zum größten Teil aus Hügeln und ist fast komplett mit Wald bedeckt. Im Zentrum der Insel liegt die Steinzahn-Festung sowie ein paar Gebäude und zwei kleine Stege, an denen Schiffe anlegen können. Diese Festung ist die einzige Ansiedlung auf Betnikh, der Rest der Insel besteht aus hügeligen Wäldern sowie zwei Ruinen und einer Grabesstätte.
