Anywhere from 130 lbs to 180 lbs would be considered statistically "normal", according to BMI charts. Keep in mind that muscle is heavier than fat, so if you're muscular, this doesn't really apply to you. Also, a physician would be a much better reference than relying on generic BMI data. The important thing is to eat healthy and exercise often, not to shoot for specific numbers given by strangers on the internet.
