- Rhys (Japanese: ケイン・サ・リーク), known as Kein Sa Riik in the Japanese version, is one of several lead protagonists of the third game of the original series, Phantasy Star III: Generations of Doom. He, along with his children in future generations, manages to thwart Dark Force's schemes to destroy their homeworld aboard the Alisa III.
- Rhys is the leader of the Eco Warriors living in the Mourningwood camp in Fable III. He appears during the quest Peace, Love, and Homicide, during which Lesley will ask the Hero to demonstrate his/her propensity for evil by murdering Rhys, who can be found in the camp dancing and singing about peace and love.
- Rhys is a man of unfulfilled dreams. On several occasions, he has spoken with people about his colorful dreams, the things he always wished he could do. These things were stemmed from being so incapable of doing much during the long years he spent sick in his parents' care. In a Support Conversation with Mia in Path of Radiance, Rhys revealed that he had always wanted to be a swordfighter, but was never strong enough. Mia vowed to help him become a swordfighter, strongly believing him to be her ultimate rival because of a fortune reading, but, unfortunately, after a few training sessions, Rhys grew horrendously sick from strain on his body and the two were forced to give up on the plan.
- Rhys is a faintly annoying member of Issuing Orders' support staff. He joined in mid-2008 alongside a few RL friends but, somewhat like natural selection, they all eventually died out/buggered off, thus proving that there was only space for one Welshie on IO. We don't really like to talk about one of the aforementioned "bugger-offers". He leaves a sour taste in our collective mouths). Rhys is considered a veteran of IO.
- Just Rhys, an outlaw Rhys is one of the middle boys, rescued when he was 6 years old. He is the outsider of the group with a tendency to brood on things. He is also the one most worried about fairness - which accounts for his nickname, rather than it meaning 'only'. However, despite all this he is fiercly loyal to his 'brothers and sisters' and his 'father'. Always a quiet boy anyway, the trauma of losing his parents, not to mention almost everyone else he knew has made very shy, to say the least. Often enough people might overlook this quiet boy who blends into the background, and that's the way he likes it. Not as keen as some of the others on outright and unjust outlawery, he instead prefers what Gruffydd has to teach him about the wild places.
- Duskull - Rhys's first Pokemon. Their meeting was very unconventional, but their companionship is still a thing of beauty. When Rhys found Duskull, he found a certain communication between them that he had never experienced before, and because of this, he decided that he would become a trainer, and a Ghostchaser. With his new-found communication skills with ghosts, he is able to find out what is troubling the ghosts that haunt certain places. With the help of Duskull, he intends to do that on a much wider scale around the region. First Appearance: Spirit of Mystery
