In order to ensure this technique could not be used against his teammates Kyōshi developed multiple security measures during his creation of the skill. The first of these are the seals placed upon the members of the team. Each of these seals are encrypted with a composition of all of the team member's chakra, arranged in a unique manner for each particular seal. This makes it nearly impossible for an individual outside of the team to replicate a chakra signal that could successfully interact with the seals in question. Additionally, the summoning technique is one sided under most situations, requiring the input of both the summoner and the would-be summoned individual to work. After completing the necessary hand signs for the summon in question, the beckoned individual will develop a burni

  • In order to ensure this technique could not be used against his teammates Kyōshi developed multiple security measures during his creation of the skill. After completing the necessary hand signs for the summon in question, the beckoned individual will develop a burning sensation around their seal encoded with the summoner's chakra signature. Only after acknowledging the call of their teammate will the summon be completed. This two-step summoning has been ignored on a single occasion, when Kyōshi had to forcefully override the seal's requirements in order to relocate his teammates out of the line of fire. Diverging from the seal's formula resulted in a extravagant chakra requirement on Kyōshi's part, causing him to pass out immediately afterword from overexertion. Team Kakashi has become especially adept with the performance of this technique, responding to a summons immediately if necessary. Furthermore, they've demonstrated the ability to send simple yet variable versions of the summoning call, permitting the summoned individual to delay their transportation if necessary, or prepare a technique for execution immediately upon arrival. It should be noted that as this technique normally requires the input of both parties for success, it appears to utilize a negligible amount of chakra for its usage.
